We ALL helped to make the most delicious fruit salad. We ate it all up for our dessert after lunch. It was DELICIOUS. We then had to think about our favourite fruit and we made a bar graph to show our class favourites. We did some interesting sensory work today with our colour yellow....we mixed yellow cornmeal with baby oil...it looked and smelt and felt WONDERFUL!
We all dressed up in spots or as super heroes for our hero Pudsey today. We brought in pennies to cover Pudsey and Blush. We had a teddy bears picnic for snack. We did teddy bear dancing with our bear visitors and we bought our lovely buns to take home. We had a lot of fun and raised lots of money for Children in need. (There are lots more photos in the archive.)
We enjoyed using our coordination with tap-a-shape today and we had a baby sister visitor. (Big sister was VERY excited!) We made fireworks pictures by rolling paint covered conkers on our different shaped papers in different shaped tins. We used our fingers to make autumn coloured leaf prints on tree trunk shapes and we looked at the letter "p". We made Diwali buns yesterday and we had a special candle lit snack today to eat our brightly coloured buns and sing our Diwali song.
